High School Focus

Grade 9 Themes

Composition:  exposure to "types" of writing/thinking/invention, focus on narrative as core of all writing

How to Read a Book -- Notes

I think I will do a "reading" course with some of the ideas from HTRAB rather than just have him read the book itself.  Have him read it in sophomore or junior year.

Also, have a "main concept" for each science lesson and possibly for each history lesson.

Also, have "strands" or main themes for each course.
